Apparently a majority of the honorable Supreme Court had a big, pipin'-hot plate of stupid for breakfast the other day. There's no other way to explain their incredibly ridiculous ruling in Kelo vs. New London, which says that governments -- from the city council all the way up -- can take your stuff, just as long as someone else can use it for "economic development" better than you.

Apparently they haven't read my argument about how "economic development" is almost always a fraud -- and it's not just me; Federal Reserve economists agree with me.
