Kansas Senator Sam Brownback wants to test a flat income tax in Washington, DC. Congress can get away with experimenting in DC because it isn't a state, so Brownback's plan could be a great idea.
And 100,000 French protesters have proven just how stupid socialism can make the public: They don't like their government's plans to reduce high unemployment by making it easier to hire and fire people.But the riots of just a couple months back were caused by (drum roll please)...high unemployment.Talk about Catch-22. And socialism is to blame.
