Phishing Accelerates the Future
Phishing is a crime which government has very little power to deter, though there's plenty that private actors can do against it. It may offer some taste of how private security and public security relate to one another...which may be preparing us for how private security may work for our personal safety in the future.

Fat Men at Higher Risk of Death in Car Crashes
Very skinny guys also at higher than normal risk. The fat guys probably have elevated risk because more mass means more force when they smack into things. Skinny guys lack some of the padding that can help them survive impact.
