Quite possibly one of the stupidest ideas ever
Writer argues that we should jettison the existing Constitution and replace it with one that would "Reduce the power of the States to increase our power and to eliminate inefficiencies". Reducing the power of the states would do precisely the opposite -- one of our biggest problems today is not that the states have too much power, but too little. Many states have become wards of the Federal government, dependent upon Washington for funding even for critical projects.
